Product description
A concentrated, water-free coffee paste with 59.5% coffee content. Ready-to-use, bake-stable, can be flavored and freeze-stable with a working temperature of 20-24°C. Features an intense coffee flavor and dark color, base made of roasted coffee beans with non-hydrogenated fats. Recommended dosage: 1-3% (10-30g per kg of mixture). Perfect for flavoring couvertures, glazes, ganache, creams, fillings, glacés, and dough.
